The cast of The Traitors gather around a giant round table on Episode 401

SPOILER WARNING: This story reveals major plot points from Episodes 1-3 of The Traitors Season 4.

We're already three episodes deep into Season 4 of Peacock's hit competition reality series The Traitors (now streaming on Peacock) and it's still terrible to see players with so much potential get cut down in their prime.

How to Watch

Stream The Traitors Thursdays at 9/8c exclusively on Peacock.

But that's the name of the game when it comes to The Traitors; cull the lineup of 23 contestants down so the final Faithful and Traitors can manipulate the game in their favor and win the potential $250,000 prize. The sacrificial lambs won't stop the deeper the game gets, but at least we can lament and praise each one as they accept their fate.

Already, we've witnessed two players get "Murdered" by the crafty Traitors in hiding. Meanwhile, around the Elimination Roundtable, the Faithful have mistakenly banished an innocent and correctly caught a Traitor; the earliest that ever been done in four seasons.

Below, we'll keep track of all the losses throughout the season.

Episode 2: Ian Terry and Porsha Williams

A split of Porsha Williams and Ian Terry for The Traitors Season 4.

Ian Terry, Murdered: When Ian Terry won Season 14 of Big Brother, at the time he was youngest winner in the US show's history. Terry then competed extremely well again in Big Brother: All Stars (2020), so his reputation as an insightful player was well known when he came into the Scottish castle. Sometimes that kind of infamy walking into The Traitors can be helpful, or it can be a target on your back. In Terry's case, the Secret Traitor and turret Traitors were all too aware of his gamer brilliance and they needed that keen intellect out of the game as fast as possible.

Porsa Williams, BanishedA veteran of The Real Housewives of Atlanta and Porsha's Family MattersPorsha Williams is no stranger to being on camera and speaking her mind. However, she really got tripped up by her own mouth in Season 4 as she speculated over and over, misspeaking incredibly incriminating details that pointed to her being a potential Traitor. Ron Funches was in her presence at least three times when she said things like, "There are four Traitors." She said it with authority like it was a shared known fact, and it was not. Donna and Michael Rapaport also heard her misspeak, so she gave them ammunition for a persuasive second Elimination Roundtable debate.

Episode 3: Rob Cesternino and Donna Kelce

A split of Donna Kelce and Rob Cesternino.

Rob Cesternino, Murdered: While Rob Cesternino hasn't been a contestant in a reality competition series since Survivor: The Amazon (2003) and Survivor: All-Stars (2004), he's covered just about every competition reality series since 2010 on his award-winning Rob Has a Podcast. A true student of the these shows and their players, Cesternino came into The Traitors Season 4 with an encyclopedic knowledge of game structure, twists, and player behavior. But in the end, that's what brought him down.

After his fellow gamer Ian was "Murdered," Rob C. was on high alert and clocked the strange vibe in the castle after Porsha's banishment. His spidey sense told him that the impromptu conga line was likely a purposeful distraction to obscure a murder happening in plain sight. His mistake was vocalizing that to others, especially Candiace and likely Donna, too.

Donna Kelce, Banished: Donna walked into the game with all of the goodwill of her fellow players who embraced her as the mom of the game, with a few brave players admitting they were scared to target her because of the protective Swifty fanbase. However, Kelce's quiet demeanor and reticence to share any of her Traitor theories with the group soon put a spotlight on her behavior as potentially Traitor protective.

She got the votes of almost half the players in the first Elimination Roundtable, but ultimately was saved by the evidence presented about Porsha Williams. However, Donna's luck ran out in the Episode 3 Roundtable where she was almost unanimously voted for banishment as a potential Traitor. And surprise, surprise — the Faithful were right!

Episode 4: Caroline Stanbury and Tiffany Mitchell

Split of Tiffany Mitchell and Caroline Stanbury

Caroline Stanbury, Murdered: When the Traitors were tasked with having to murder a Faithful face to face, they chose Caroline Stanbury. The Real Housewives of Dubai and Ladies of London star was laying low enough, so her exit wouldn't shake up the castle, while also leaving players confused. The Traitors noted that Caroline was smart and observant, and she also took the heat off of Rinna and Candiace, who wanted to direct the Faithful's attention away from Housewives. They'd never kill one of their own... right?

Tiffany Mitchell, Banished: The respected Big Brother player marked the third gamer to be eliminated this season. Confident and straightforward with her strategy, Tiffany was forthcoming with the rest of the Faithful when it came to her Banishment plans. However, this raised red flags for Colton Underwood, who saw Tiffany's efforts as a traitorous way to control the players rather than help them. He blindsided her with a confrontation at the roundtable, with the two sharing a heated exchange. Colton's argument was strengthened when Eric Nam said he heard Tiffany's laugh the night before when the Traitors were considering him for face to face murder. That was enough to have the majority Banish Tiffany.

Episode 5: Monét X Change and Michael Rappaport

Monet X Change and Michael Rapaport in The Traitors Season 4 press portraits.

Monét X Change, Murdered: Though the RuPaul's Drag Race star was sitting pretty with strong allies, unfortunately, Monét said the right thing to the wrong person. During the episode's mission, Monét confessed to Candiace that they had a feeling Rinna was a Traitor. The problem? They were correct, and as the audience knows, Candiace is a Traitor, too. Later that night during their deliberations, Candiace spilled to Rinna that Monét was on to her. Since Monét had told nobody else aside from Candiace about their suspicions, the Traitors were presented with a kill that wouldn't be traced back to them.

Michael Rappaport, Banished: Rappaport had a target on his back from Day 1. Loud and brash, the cast couldn't figure out if the comedian was a terrible Traitor or a bad faithful. But despite rubbing nearly everyone in the castle the wrong way, he somehow managed to avoid elimination — until Episode 5's Roundtable. Michael boldly called out Colton as a Traitor for getting the majority to Banish Tiffany the night before. Despite his convincing argument, he took things "too far" when he told Colton, "Nobody in this room would be better at holding a secret than you."

Many in the room, including Colton himself, thought this referenced the former Bachelor not coming out as gay until he was 29 years old. Offended and tired of him "talking too much," many agreed it was time for Michael to go home — whether he was a Faithful or a Traitor.

Episode 6: Ron Funches

Ron Funches in a blue blazer and cloudy background for The Traitors Season 4.

Ron Funches, Banished: The one-two punch of Ron's introverted personality and his mistaken orchestration of the Banishment of Porsha Williams proved to be his undoing. His fellow Faithful who were more brash took Ron's quiet countenance as Traitor machinations. And for the others on the fence about him, as mentioned in the Roundtable, he was an "easy vote" to determine if their group think about him being a Traitor was true or false. However, Ron's final Roundtable frankness and personalized goodbyes during the debate period was a masterful move in swaying many of his former detractors. But Mark Ballas' deciding vote sent the soft-spoken comedian home.

Episode 7: Yamil “Yam Yam” Arocho and Lisa Rinna

A split of Lisa Rinna and Yamil “Yam Yam” Arocho.

Yamil "Yam Yam" Arocho, Murdered: Before he stepped into the Black Banquet, Yam Yam was already on the radar of his fellow players as a potential Traitor. As hard core gamers, Traitor Lisa Rinna targeted him and Natalie Anderson, plus chef Kristen Kish as her primary "murder in plain sight" candidates. In the end, she asked fellow fashionista Yam-Yam to help her fix her ruby broach and his fate was sealed. After the dinner, Alan revealed Yam-Yam was the "Murdered" player, ordering his black-robed guards to literally drag him from the room to his "death." (A first for the show!)

Lisa Rinna, Banished: Karma came quickly for Lisa. In the last Roundtable, Colton's focus on her couldn't overcome the fait accompli of the Ron Funches Banishment voting block. But her death warrant was all but secured by Yam Yam, who yelled out her name as his murderer, blaming her kiss on his cheek as the evidence. A damning theory from a Faithful man with no agenda as he was dragged to his "death" in the game. Despite trying to use Natalie Anderson's misspeaking against her (similar to what happened to Porsha Williams), Lisa couldn't overcome Rob's logical argument against her in the Roundtable debate, and she was the majority vote to go home; the second Traitor to be revealed in Season 4.
