How do I change my payment method or billing address on Peacock?

Got a shiny new payment card, or fancy new billing address? You can change those details easily online in your account. Simply go to the Plans &amp; Payment tab and then, under the Payment Method section, click on Update Payment Method. To change your payment type to PayPal, click on the PayPal tab under “Payment Method”. Once you&#39;ve confirmed your new payment details, payments will be billed to your new payment method beginning with the next billing cycle.

On your card statement, after 'Peacock TV',  you'll see a 5-character billing descriptor next to the item you have been charged for. For example: 'Peacock TV 3BY4F'.

How do I find my billing descriptor?

If you think you might have signed up with a different name or payment card, try searching again. Otherwise, get in touch and we can have a look for you.
